Your information helps us respond to you and provide the support you request. Email updates are your choice. We do not sell your personal information. You can contact Markus about access, corrections, or a privacy concern.

Enquiries and applications. We collect the contact details and answers you submit, such as your name, email address, selected service or package, goals, circumstances, and message. We use them to respond, assess whether our services are a suitable fit, and discuss working together.

Coaching and education. If you become a client, we may receive information about your routines, relationships, movement, health, or other circumstances relevant to the support you request. We use information you choose to share to prepare for and provide that support, manage appointments, and follow up on your work together.

Email signups and resources. We collect your email address, any name you provide, the resource or list you request, and records of your signup and consent. This allows us to deliver requested resources and send the updates you have agreed to receive.

Purchases and registrations. Order, billing, contact, and transaction information is used to process purchases, confirm access or bookings, provide support, and maintain required business records. Enter payment details only in the checkout provided. Do not send card details through coaching forms or ordinary email.

Website activity. Our hosting, security, and analytics services receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information, and interaction times. This supports site operation, security, troubleshooting, and understanding which content visitors use.

Some information you share in coaching may be sensitive. Please provide only what is relevant to the support you are seeking, and avoid including another person’s identifying or confidential information unless you have authority to share it.

You can ask why a question is being asked, discuss a different way to provide information, or decline to answer an optional question. If information is necessary to provide a particular service safely or appropriately, we will explain how not providing it may affect that service.

Downloaded workbooks and journals are for your own use. Your written answers are not sent to us simply because you complete a downloaded file. If you choose to email, upload, or discuss your answers with us, the information you share becomes part of that communication or coaching work.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as security, form operation, preferences, and measuring visits. Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and interactions with the site. Hosting-provider tools also support performance measurement and troubleshooting.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Some site functions may then work differently. Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. These choices do not remove information already collected.

Links to Instagram, Substack, scheduling, payment, or other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices. Embedded content may also transmit technical information to its provider when loaded or used. Review the relevant provider’s notice before sharing information there.

Testimonials, names, and identifying photos are published with permission. If you have provided a testimonial and want to discuss its attribution or continued use, contact Markus.

The founding list is currently an expression of interest in future community activities and live events. Any additional information required to participate will be explained when registration opens. Joining the email list does not give permission for your image, personal story, or coaching information to be used publicly.

When participating in a group or event, information you choose to share with other participants may be visible to them. Please consider what you are comfortable sharing. We will explain any planned photography or recording and the relevant choices before it takes place.

You can contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, withdraw consent for an optional use, or request deletion where applicable. Your available rights and any exceptions depend on the privacy laws that apply to your circumstances.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in full, for example because information must be retained by law or a record also contains another person’s information. Withdrawing consent may affect a service that depends on the information; we will explain any relevant consequences.

If you have a concern, please contact Markus so we can address it. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as applicable.

Our coaching offers and resources are intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review and address it.

We may update this policy as services or practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it rather than treating continued browsing as agreement to a new, unrelated use of your information.
